One of the major problems of a large workforce can be poor communication. Though an internal email or phone systems can work wonders, you also need to ensure that people are using them correctly. You may work in an industry that is incredibly time-sensitive, therefore you need to ensure that notes cannot become lost in your internal system.

Having a real-time communication method like a live chat widget on devices might be a lifesaver here. Allowing co-workers to quickly talk through problems, even if they are located in different parts of the world, will allow issues to be dealt with in a much smoother and more efficient manner.

A large workforce can be difficult to manage without the right approach. No matter what sector your business is in, you need to be certain that your employees are able to complete their tasks to the best of their abilities.
